Time is valuable, so Dr. Harre’s office tries to not keep patients waiting. The appointment time is reserved exclusively for the patient. Since the office does not double-book, a 24-hour notification is requested, if unable to keep an appointment. That allows the office to use a patient’s time for someone who is waiting for an earlier appointment. Failure to give the 24-hour notice will result in a charge for the lost time.
Dr. Harre’s office wants to simplify the payment for dental care as much as possible. The fees are reasonable and competitive. Prior to an appointment, a staff member will always discuss the reason for the appointment, the length of time required and the anticipated fee. Payment options are: cash or check, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover. Capital One Healthcare Financing allows patients to pay for general and cosmetic dentistry over time and within their budget. Treatment from $300 to $25,000 can be made over 60 months at low, fixed rates. Apply by phone at 877.559.5050.
Dental insurance is a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor. As a courtesy, the office will submit a patient’s primary insurance form electronically the same day and have the payment for the insured portion of the bill sent directly to the patient.
